Athletic Director s Message

Dear Buccaneer Parents, Students, and Alumni,

It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to Bellflower High School Athletics! This is a exciting time to be part of the Buccaneer Athletic family. We are excited about the direction and leadership of our teams as we continue to move towards academic and athletic success.

I want to congratulate our student-athletes and coaching staff for all of their hard work in preparation for the 2022-23 school year.  Their dedication and hours of practice will definitely result in the success that we all anticipate our teams will produce this year.

Bellflower High School offers 17 CIF sanctioned sports programs for both boys and girls. We are a member of the California Interscholastic Federation (C.I.F.) Southern Section and compete in the Suburban League. This past year, we had over 600 students that participated in our athletic programs. Over the years, Bellflower High School has amassed 117 league titles, 4 C.I.F. championships and 1 state regional championship.  

Finally, I would like to thank the parents and volunteers for their hours of volunteer work and support of the athletic program.
